Cleaning options

One-time cleaning

A single visit on the day and time you pick — before Shabbos or Yom Tov, after guests, or before moving in or out. Book as early as today.

Weekly cleaning

Choose the days of the week and an arrival time for each. The same schedule repeats every week until you cancel it.

As many hours as you need

Book from 1 to 12 hours a visit. Finish early and you pay less; run a little late and the extra time is billed, within a set limit.

Local cleaners — you pick who comes

Cleaners on Zobr are independent professionals who work in and around Monsey. Each one has a profile showing her hourly rate, rating from past visits, years of experience, on-time record and what she's best at. You can pick one cleaner, a few, or send the request to every cleaner up to the most you want to pay per hour — the first to accept gets the job.

Her rate, before you book

Every cleaner sets her own hourly rate and you see it on her profile. A 10% platform fee is added at checkout.

Clocked visits

Your cleaner clocks in and out in the app, so the time you're billed for is the time she worked.

Message her directly

Send a quick note — "use the back door", "running late" — and see when she's read it.

How booking works

  1. Choose when. One-time or weekly, how many hours, the date and the arrival time.
  2. Add your address in Monsey or nearby.
  3. Choose your cleaner. Compare profiles and rates, or set a maximum rate and send it to all cleaners.
  4. Confirm. Nothing is charged now. A hold is placed the day before the visit, and you're charged after your cleaner clocks out — for the time she worked.

Ratings you can trust

After every visit you rate your cleaner, and those ratings appear on her profile for the next customer to see. Ratings come only from completed Zobr visits.

Questions

How much does house cleaning cost in Monsey?

Each cleaner sets her own hourly rate, and you see it before you book. You pay that rate for the hours actually worked, plus a 10% platform fee. Short one-time visits can carry a small trip fee, shown before you confirm.

Can I book a cleaner for today?

Yes. Pick today and a time that hasn't passed yet. The booking is confirmed as soon as a cleaner accepts it.

Do you offer weekly cleaning?

Yes. Choose Recurring, pick the days of the week and an arrival time for each, and the schedule runs every week until you cancel it.

When am I charged?

Nothing is charged at booking. The day before a visit a hold is placed on your card, and you're charged after your cleaner clocks out, for the time she actually worked.

Can I choose my own cleaner?

Yes. Pick one or more cleaners from their profiles, or send the request to every cleaner up to a maximum hourly rate you set.

What if my cleaner can't make it?

You're notified, and the visit is offered to other cleaners at the same price. The rest of a weekly schedule isn't affected.
